About Copper Mountain Speech Therapy
Copper Mountain Speech Therapy is a small clinic that opened in July of 2024 by Speech-Language Pathologist, Becky Bruso. She has experience working with children and adults and loves helping people find their voice!
She moved from her first small office in South Jordan to her current office at 8541 S. Redwood Road, Suite D in West Jordan, and loves having more space to play! Session availability may vary by season, but she is typically available for in-office or virtual therapy Monday-Friday.

From evaluation to discharge, you can find help at Copper Mountain Speech Therapy for all your family’s needs:
Language & Communication Development (including Autism)
Articulation & Phonology
Stuttering/Fluency
Tongue Thrust and Dysphagia (swallowing)
Cognition/Memory/Executive Function
Social Pragmatic Language
Augmentative & Alternative Communication
Evaluations start at $150, and include assessment, differential diagnosis, goal proposal and treatment plan.
Therapy sessions start at $60 for 30-minute sessions, and $120 for 1-hour sessions. Session length and frequency depend on the individual’s needs. Session costs submitted through insurance vary by plan, along with deductibles and out-of-pocket requirements.
Payment Options
We aim to keep private-pay therapy rates affordable for your family.The benefits to private-pay include more freedom in working on goals important to your family, and not being subject to limitations set by insurance, like the number of sessions allowed. This method allows for therapy to continue until both parties are satisfied with progress and are ready for discharge.
Copper Mountain Speech Therapy is currently credentialed with Select Health (Care & Choice Plans only), and Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield. Please contact your insurance to determine if we are in your network. We will check insurance and preauthorization status as a courtesy, but ultimately the client is responsible for understanding deductibles, plan limitations, and any non-covered services.
Scholarship Programs
Copper Mountain Speech Therapy is currently an approved provider for the following scholarship programs:
Utah Fits All Education Fund, a scholarship created in 2023 by the Utah State Legislature for students participating in education programs outside of public schools.

Children First Education Fund (CFEF) was created as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit scholarship granting organization (SGO) with a mission to provide school choice options for students with disabilities. CFEF’s efforts are guided by Utah state legislation originally passed in 2019 and updated in 2024 called the Carson Smith Opportunity Scholarship
